Alfortville 2040 master plan

The update of the Alfortville 2040 Master Plan aims to effectively guide the city’s future urban transformations by providing an operational roadmap that turns vision into action. At the neighborhood scale, this evolution is structured around three main axes. First, it prioritizes social cohesion and urban quality by structuring public spaces, encouraging shared uses, and activating local centralities. Second, it drives the ecological transition and landscape continuities through strengthened green networks, climate comfort, and active mobility. Finally, it anticipates urban change by controlling density and promoting reversible, mixed-use urban forms.
