Redevelopment design of neglected railway lands in the heart of Benicassim

The implementation of a new civic boulevard, image of summer time eco mobility, allows bringing new life in pedestrian, commercial and cultural areas of the Benicassim city centre. It is defined by a strategy of hierarchical organization and the regulation of the city centre’s entrance through bypass loops, as well as a flexible and structured offer of alternative transports. The focus is made on sustainable public spaces where plants and vegetation take over.
