Inventory and restructuring study of precarious neighborhoods in Abidjan

The objective is to define and identify the disadvantaged neighborhoods of the Autonomous District of Abidjan, thus enabling the State of Côte d’Ivoire to counter their proliferation through monitoring and support measures. The study includes an innovative cartographic database and is conducted in collaboration with the local communities and the State. Three pilot underserved areas will be identified to propose actions following a diagnosis and a guiding plan.
