Strategic study of the RN6 and master plan for the development of its fringes in Brunoy

The RN6 master plan is based on the idea of a “Park way”: an urban greenway as a vector for landscapes, facilities, parks and promenades, and recycled, densified, green spaces, with the aim of redeveloping an opportunity land that is invisible and needs to be (re)developed. On the urban fringe of Brunoy, the calming of the RN6 is a key factor in the renewal of an existing, strategic district, and the hosting of high-quality housing and public space programmes that take into account the proximity of the Sénart forest.
