Cusco Mobility and Public Space Plan, and Priority Pre-Investment Studies

The project integrates a comprehensive vision of mobility in Cusco, shaped by the constraints of the longitudinal valley’s topography. The UNESCO World Heritage Historic Core is a central component of the study. The project develops mobility planning tools—including a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan and a Public Space Guide Map—as well as feasibility studies for a BRT corridor, priority public spaces, and bicycle paths.
