Julie Dalgier

Town planner Architect. Partner. Project Manager.


Julie Dalgier was born in Périgueux, France. Graduated from Marseille High school of Architecture (EAML), she set up her own architecture agency in Saint Raphaël before moving to Barcelona in 1993. She worked for various Catalan urban planning and architecture agencies, more especially with the MBM architects, Emilio Donato and Albert Daniel Fornos. During 15 years she built a solid experience in urban projects. In 2009 she joined BR&A team following various collaboration between them. As an expert in complex urban projects and in project leadership, she regularly works as project leader. Since 2011 she has been fully accredited in “Environmental approach to urban planning” (AEU) by ADEME – the French Governmental Agency for Environment and Energy Efficiency.

  • Bachelor of Architecture D.P.L.G (High School of Architecture of Marseille-Luminy, France 1992).
  • Seminar “The new metropolitan streets: town planning with metropolitan streets and central squares” (Consorci Universitat Internacional Menéndez Pelayo de Barcelona (CUIMPB) – Centre Ernest Lluch, Barcelone, Spain, 2010).
  • AEU certification (urban environmental studies) ADEME (Paris, 2011).
