Agen multimodal interchange hub

The project priorities pedestrians by creating a genuine tree-lined station forecourt, improving access to the Gauja footbridge through redesigned slopes and a lift, and transforming the boulevard into a more pedestrian-friendly environment. The bus terminal and its extensive canopy are located alongside the new interchange building, which has been developed next to the historic station building. The new structure features a large south-facing glass façade designed to benefit from passive solar heating. All transport modes are integrated within a constrained urban setting, highlighting the potential for the future renewal of the station district towards the Le Pin neighborhood and its new multiplex facility.
